Spa Policies

Cancellations & Late Arrivals
A 24 hour cancellation notice is requested for all services. If late, we will accommodate you to the best of our ability, but your service may have to be shortened or rescheduled. All treatment times are approximate. Repeat cancellations within the 24 hour time frame will require a non-refundable prepayment at the time of booking.

Payments

Glow Skincare Studio accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, Venmo, and personal checks.

Returned checks are subject to $30 convenience fee.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Please notify us before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, health conditions, limitations, allergies to medications or fruits, physical ailments, diabetes, or are pregnant. Spa guests may be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.
